Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Marketing Assistant with strong Excel skills to join a dynamic team in Costa Mesa, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or accounting and will play a key role in tracking and reporting on the financial performance of marketing campaigns. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the marketing team, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report on the financial performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting financial plans as necessary.
• Support the marketing team in analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to maximize budget efficiency.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with industry standards, tax regulations, and firm policies.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation related to marketing efforts for internal audits and tax purposes.
• Collaborate with the team to provide insights on financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing or Accounting background.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in a marketing or tax-related environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) and marketing performance tracking tools.

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Salary: $26 - $27 per hour
